Dr Nehad Ibrahim was educated in Madrid, Spain. After he had his clinical fellow at Royal Hallamshire Hospital – Sheffield, and finished his specialist training program in Madrid, he joined working in the NHS as a Consultant Rheumatologist in several Hospitals such as Queen's Hospital London, Haywood Hospital in North Staffordshire
University Hospital and Doncaster Royal Infirmary. Currently, his private practice as a Consultant Rheumatologist is based at Park Hill Hospital.
He has a special interest in General Rheumatology, Inflammatory Arthritis Disorders, Spondyloarthropathies, Osteoporosis, No Traumatic Acute and Chronic Back Pain, as well as Muskuloskeletique Disorders such as Shoulder Pain (Rotator Cuff Pathology, Frozen Shoulder, Tennis Elbow and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome).
Dr Nehad Ibrahim has a good insight into Muskuloskeletal Ultrasound, a very important tool for the present and the future of the Rheumatology Career.
His research interest include usefulness of the Ultrasound in the assessment of Active Synovitis and Early Rheumatoid Arthritis, as well as the reliability of ultrasound in the assessment of enthesopathy in Spondyloarthtopy.
He is a member of the British Society of Rheumatology, British Medical Association and afiliated to The Royal College of Physician.
